HostLots.com. HostLots.com will directly support the plan owner
for technical issues, but the plan owner will be responsible for
supporting their end-users, or for relaying requests that the
plan owner cannot resolve themselves from their end-user, directly
to HostLots. HostLots will either correct or advise the plan owner
of the steps needed to correct the issue.
Q. Does
my Reseller or bulk server come with full root access?
A. No. You have full maxi-user rights to create accounts, upgrade
and downgrade them, create custom packages and control panels
branded in your name. If you require full root (Unix admin-level
rights) you would require either a managed or unmanaged dedicated
server.
